ReplyBench is operated by Reply Intelligence Group Ltd (Company No. 17040048), registered in England & Wales. The Group is the data controller for information you submit through this site.

We collect only the information you submit through the snapshot or audit forms (business details, contact details, and any URLs you choose to share) in order to generate your report and contact you about the findings. For a Snapshot or Full Audit we also fetch the public HTML of those URLs as ReplyBenchBot, respecting robots.txt.

We do not sell your data. We do not impersonate enquiries on Snapshot. Full Audit live enquiry tests are carried out by a human analyst with your permission — they are not automated. Reports combine your figures with evidence stored from public pages. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@replyintelligencegroup.co.uk.
